1,000 Books Before Kindergarten: (for birth through 5)

Molalla Library offers a 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program! Encourage a love of reading in your child at a young age. This program has been embraced at libraries across the nation, and we are excited to bring it to you! Sign-up online or through the Beanstack app and begin reading and logging your books! We have a special book bag with goodies waiting for you to come pick-up at the library at your convenience, but you can get started reading right away.

Beanstack is Molalla Library's web-based and app-based Reading Challenge software. It allows you to track your reading by minutes or books and participate in fun activities!
