Human Resources

The Human Resources Department assists the City Manager and Department Directors in recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, and retaining a high quality workforce.  The department is responsible for all functions related to employee benefit programs; creating and maintaining employee files; training and development of employees; citywide policy development, interpretation and administration; labor negotiations; Worker's Compensation; and Risk Management.
