ANNOUNCEMENT: FINAL NOTICE TO UTILITY BILLING CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE NOT SUBMITTED A NEW APPLICATION (Jan. 2, 2018)
FINAL NOTICE
(This notice was mailed via the US Postal Service on January 2, 2018, to all utility billing customers that have not submitted an application.)
This notice is for all utility billing customers that have not complied with submitting a new application to the City of Molalla only. If you have already done so, please disregard.
Action Required: Please fill out the enclosed residential utility application and return to the City of Molalla by January 31, 2018. You can fax, email (utilitybilling@cityofmolalla.com), mail, bring in, or put the completed application in the drop box. If you are a commercial account and need a commercial application, please print one from our website at www.cityofmolalla.com or stop by our office prior to January 31, 2018.
Failure to comply: If we do not receive the completed application by 4:00 pm on January 31, 2018, services will be disconnected and your account will be charged a $50 reconnect fee on February 1, 2018. Water will not be restored to the property until the application is filled out and the account balance is zero.
Instructions: A NEW DEPOSIT IS NOT REQUIRED
Property owner: If you are the home owner please fill out the top part only.
Tenant: If you do not own the property, the property owner is required to fill out the top part and you will need to fill out the bottom section.
Reasoning: The City of Molalla is continuing to obtain compliance in all departments with our Municipal Code. For Utility Billing, the City code indicates we must have an application on file for every account. We also have a new application, so we are requesting ALL customers fill out a new application so we have the most up to date information on file for each customer.
