Urban Growth Boundary Amendment: Information Session and Townhall
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, the City of Molalla will be holding a public meeting to discuss an upcoming Urban Growth Boundary amendment. Come learn about the urban growth boundary amendment process, results from the City’s recently adopted Housing Needs Analysis and Economic Opportunities Analysis, and findings on potential expansion areas and alternatives. After the informational briefing, City Staff and consultant 3J Consulting will be available to take feedback and answer questions about the process. The meeting will start at 6:00 PM at the Molalla Civic Center; 315 Kennel Ave, Molalla OR, 97038 and run to approximately 8 PM.
