The City of Molalla is seeking an Office Specialist IV. This position performs a variety of complex administrative support activities to contribute to efficient office operations. Under the direction of the City Recorder and Finance Director, the Office Specialist IV will perform accounts payable, assist with payroll as needed and process utility billing. This position is a full-time 40-hour per week (Monday – Friday) position with competitive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Salary ranges from $34,000 - $42,000 annually.
