PUBLIC NOTICE: Application Extension through October 15, 2017 (Please Remit ASAP)

PUBLIC NOTICE 

We are continuing to implement our NEW application process.  ALL CUSTOMERS WERE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A NEW APPLICATION BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2017. WE HAVE GRANTED AN EXTENSION UNTIL OCTOBER 15, 2017 TO HAVE THEM COMPLETED AND TO THE CITY.  Failure to do so may cause an interruption of service.   If you haven’t already completed an application, or you need a commercial or landlord application, you can pick one up at City Hall or it can be downloaded from our website

The City of Molalla is continuing to work on a full utility billing system audit of rates and billing processes and procedures according to Molalla’s Municipal Code.  Please watch your bills as changes will be implemented immediately.  During the audit it was discovered that the Shut off and Termination dates were not correct and will be changed effective September 15th, 2017 according to our Municipal Code section 13.04.240 that can be found on our website.   

PLEASE NOTE ALL BILLS ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT AND DELINQUENT AFTER THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH.   
 

AUTOPAY CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO ASSURE THE AUTOPAY DATE IS SCHEDULED FOR A DATE ON OR BEFORE THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH. 

You can now set up your utility bill to be paperless by logging into your Xpress Bill Pay account.
