Project Update: Renovation of 17 multi-family units and building 30 new units, in addition to half-street improvements along the frontage of Fenton Avenue. This includes a new storm system, waterline, sidewalks, and curb/gutter.

Status: New curb and sidewalk installed along property frontage on Fenton installed this week. Paving Fenton on 8/30/17.
