The City of Molalla, HDJ Design Group and Westech Construction are inviting you to join us for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to open a new section of W. Heintz Street.  This new section roadway, previously an unimproved walking path, will connect a transportation gap between Kennel Avenue and Ridings Avenue.  The improvements consist of new pavement, drainage enhancements, sidewalks with ADA improvements, street lighting, signing and landscaping features.
