MAO (Mutual Agreement Order) Signed with DEQ!

The City of Molalla is pleased to announce that the City and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality have executed a Mutual Agreement Order.

The agreement resolves old violations and sets a framework that the City and DEQ can work with until a new wastewater master plan is adopted and wastewater treatment plant upgrade is completed. This completes the next step towards regulatory compliance following the update to the Recycled Water Use plan.
