Engineering
The Engineering Section consists of the City's Engineer of Record, Dyer Partnership, and the Senior Engineering Technician. This section oversees the delivery of publicly funded Capital Projects and construction of public infrastructure through private development projects.
The Engineering Section plans, designs, manages, and monitors all public improvement projects and developer based public improvements. The most common functions of the Engineering Section include:
- Capital improvement plan development
- Consultant management
- Design and construction standards and specifications
- Development review
- GIS Mapping
- Infrastructure master planning
- Local improvement district management
- Planning Commission support
