Plan Zone Conflict Map

 

The City of Molalla has undertaken an initiative to resolve discrepancies between the City’s Comprehensive Plan and its Zoning Map. Currently these conflicts cause confusion and potentially administrative hurdles in any Land Use action where they exist. The resolution will allow for clear and concise zoning identification in Land Use decisions and delineation of zones that are appropriate for existing land uses. Land Use actions in this initiative will include Comprehensive Plan changes, zone changes, and in some cases changes to both current and Comprehensive Plan zoning.

Above is a reference key showing affected areas. The numbers for each area correspond with the ID numbers on the table below, which describes each proposed change.
