The City of Molalla, Oregon TGM and Siegel Planning Services have teamed up to re-write the development code for the City of Molalla, and we invite you to participate.

What is a Development Code?
A development code provides the basis for the review of all requests to alter or develop property within the City of Molalla. The code includes regulations on the use of land and buildings (known as zoning), subdivision of land, building design standards, signage, etc.

The process involves using a Model Code tailored for small cities in Oregon, and customizing the framework to fit the City of Molalla. The process will include direction by a Project Management Team (PMT) and a Citizen Code Committee (CCC) comprised of local residents, as well as the Molalla Planning Commission and City Council. All interested parties are welcome to participate in creating this new code, which will be paramount in dictating future growth in the City of Molalla.
