City Council Meeting

City Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise indicated. Meetings are held at the Molalla Civic Center, 315 Kennel Avenue, at 7:00pm.

In accordance with House Bill 2560, the City of Molalla adheres to the following practices: Live-streaming of the Molalla City Council Meetings are available on Facebook at “Molalla City Council Meetings – LIVE” and “Molalla City Council Meetings” on YouTube. Citizens can submit Public Comment in the following ways: attend the meeting, email the City Recorder @ recorder@cityofmolalla.com by 12:00pm on the day of the meeting, or drop it off at City Hall, 117 N. Molalla Avenue.

PUBLIC NOTICE(S):

• The Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 will be presented for adoption at this meeting. Please see the Public Notice listed below in Supporting Documents.
• Ordinance No. 2023-04(A) will be read. The original title listed on Ordinance No. 2023-04 Regulating and Prohibiting Public Camping on Public Property is being amended to Amending the Municipal Code by Adding a New Section 9.16.015 Regulating and Prohibiting Public Camping on Public Property. This ordinance is enacted and is a housekeeping item only.
• Ordinance No. 2023-06 Repealing Municipal Code Section 9.16.020 Unlawful Camping and Removing Letters A-C, will be read.
