City Council Meeting

City Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise indicated. Meetings are held at the Molalla Civic Center, 315 Kennel Avenue, at 7:00pm.

In accordance with House Bill 2560, the City of Molalla adheres to the following practices: Live-streaming of the Molalla City Council Meetings are available on Facebook at “Molalla City Council Meetings – LIVE” and “Molalla City Council Meetings” on YouTube. Citizens can submit Public Comment in the following ways: attend the meeting, email the City Recorder @ recorder@cityofmolalla.com by 12:00pm on the day of the meeting, or drop it off at City Hall, 117 N. Molalla Avenue.

***NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - HOUSING PRODUCTION STRATEGIES***

At this meeting, the Molalla City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to discuss the draft Housing Production Strategy to promote the development of all identified housing needs from the Housing Needs Analysis. This document is a product of the Planning Assistance grant the City received to bring the City in compliance with Oregon House Bill 2003. 

A copy of the draft HPS and staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request.

***NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - ORDINANCE NO. 2023-05: CHANGING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ZONING MAP, TO CURE ZONING CONSISTENCIES***

The first reading of Ordinance No. 2023-05 will be read at this meeting.

You may attend, offer testimony, or seek information at the hearing.
