City Council Meeting

City Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise indicated. Meetings are held at the Molalla Civic Center, 315 Kennel Avenue, at 7:00pm.

In accordance with House Bill 2560, the City of Molalla adheres to the following practices: Live-streaming of the Molalla City Council Meetings are available on Facebook at “Molalla City Council Meetings – LIVE” and “Molalla City Council Meetings” on YouTube. Citizens can submit Public Comment in the following ways: attend the meeting, email the City Recorder @ recorder@cityofmolalla.com by 4:00pm on the day of the meeting, or drop it off at City Hall, 117 N. Molalla Avenue.

SPECIAL NOTE:

MMC Chapter 1.02.070 Council Rules state that "if the Council is still in session at 9:30pm, then the Council will decide whether to continue with the agenda or move items to a future agenda".

MMC Chapter 1.02.09 Public Comment states that "the Council may set time limits for comments".

At 9:18pm, City Council made a decision via concurrence to enter Public Comment submitted to the City Recorder into Public Record via the Council Packet. All items submitted to the City Recorder up to May 10, 2023 are provided below in Supporting Documents.
