The City of Molalla is seeking to obtain the services of a Construction Manager to assist in developing the design for and eventual construction of a new Molalla Police Facility. 

No Proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the RFP packet.  Any Proposal submitted after the stated due date and time will not be accepted. Any Proposal received after the closing time will be returned to the submitting Proposer unopened after a contract has been awarded for the required services.

Proposants must submit one (1) original and four (4) complete copies of the proposal RFP Title:  NEW POLICE FACILITY, Construction Management Services to Darlene Bishop, City of Molalla, PO Box 248, Molalla OR 97038.
