Adult Center Services

Some services require reservations, appointments or a fee deposit.

Client Service Coordinator

Tiffany Gross coordinates of all services provided by the Adult Center. She deals with all Government agencies as well as State and County Social Services. If you or someone you know is in need of the services provided by these agencies or any service offered by the Center, please contact her at 503-829-4214.

Daily Telephone Checkup

We call homebound persons to check up on them, or if you just want someone to talk to, call Tiffany.

Transportation

Our 15-person van transports our members to and from the center for lunch. We also provide a way to get to medical appointments and take shopping trips to local stores. Call Tiffany to make arrangements.

Vision Aid

The Center always has a machine available that enhances the size of print so you can read mail, enjoy a book or do a crossword puzzle.

Blood Pressure Check

On the first Tuesday of the month, have your blood pressure checked.

Legal Service

Sign up for a half hour consultation with Andrew K. Kauffman , who comes to the Center on the second Tuesday of each month.

Nutrition Program

Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, we serve lunch at 12:00pm. All senior and disabled citizens in Molalla can take advantage of this service. Nutritionists prepare specially designed meals, then volunteers from local churches and benevolent organizations serve members at the table. Guests over sixty are asked to donate $2.50 for the meal, while those under sixty are asked to donate the cost of the meal which is $5.50.

Donations for meals are accepted in any amount, however no one over 60 years old will be denied a meal based on their donation. Frozen meals are available upon request.

Home Delivered Meals

The Center participates in the County’s Home Delivered Meals program where meals are delivered to homebound persons. Call the Center to see if you qualify.

Medicare Insurance Assistance

You can get help understanding Medicare and Medicare Supplements through the Clackamas County SHIBA program. Call the Center to have a representative come to the Center.

Hearing Check

Make an appointment to have your hearing checked at the Center on the third Thursday of the month.
